To anywhere in the UK. We will do our best to despatch your order within 7 days of receipt and will notify you in the unlikely event of it being longer than 21 days. Items may be despatched separately, so don't worry if your entire order does not arrive in one parcel.

We're not happy unless you are, so if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused goods to us within 30 days for full refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Remember to obtain a 'Proof of Postage' certificate from your post office or carrier when returning goods, just in case your parcel fails to reach us.
